Do eat here if you can. We did because we were staying at the "hotel." The food is seasonal and local, also the service attentive. What more could you want?

We have been to KK at least 3 other times but our most recent visit was less that perfect. The food was a little bland despite the inventive ingredients, and our blond female server came to the table 3 times during our 4 course meal, once to take the order, once when the third course came, once with the check... Just left Krazy Kate and can't say enough good things about the experience. The atmosphere is just plain fun. The dining room walls are adorned with paintings of "Krazy Kats". I had one of the Mothers Day specials which was Soft Shell Crabs Benedict, definitely not for everyone but I loved it. The roasted potatoes that accompanied my meal were... More

Spacious layout. Delicious food. Go for the fois gras. Good service. Fun art on the walls. A very successful evening.

Fortunately, Krazy Kate's Sunday brunch is still amazing on every level but, especially the eats! Great food, great service in a comfortable venue. Recently, my Wilmington "return reviews" to my local favorites have been disappointing. But this "return" was a pleasure. I'm always fascinated with Krazy Kat's atmosphere. Somehow they achieve a pretentious, fun and yet comfortable ambiance. Almost an... More

There were three of us that stopped in for lunch after a visit to Mt. Cuba. We were delighted with the lunch combination we all ordered. I had the crab bisque with the asian pork tacos and thought the were very good. My fellow diners all had the combination platter too and were delighted. The portions were more than we... More

We had brunch at Krazy Kats today. The food was phenomenal- I had the citrus griddle cakes and my fiancé ordered the Cajun shrimp biscuits and gravy. he said the Bloody Mary was one of the best he's ever had. Unfortunately the service was terrible. The waitress never came back to our table after our food was served to ask... More

The Mushroom and Leak soup was exceptional. Both my wife and I ordered it and were seriously thinking of getting another cup. The sandwich which I had was Salmon had duck bacon which was exceptional. We had a great lunch with great service. The meal was served leaving time for conversation and at no time were we rushed. Sam our... More

Krazy Kats is a fine dining restaurant in a former blacksmith’s shop. Food here was absolutely remarkable and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Krazy Kat’s is a must-try. For our first course, we loved the summer berry bruschetta with lemon scented balsamic reduction. For a soup course, the crab bisque with jumbo lump crab meat was sumptuous. The highlight... More
