4 couples visited late this afternoon. None of us had ever had Peruvian food. The server was amazing. She guided us all and made recommendations, each one was just perfect. The ceviche was the best we’ve ever had. The tamales were delicious. We all tried...different entrees and we loved them all. I could eat here every day. We will be regulars, I promise! Outstanding food and service.More

Never had Peruvian food before, so this was a total surprise! I had the Peacado el o Macho (or something like that. A fried fish with squid and shrimp and clam. Rice and a pepper cheese sauce with rice. It was delicious! A small out...of the way restaurant, you might pass it at first but keep trying... it’s worth it!More

I have no experience with Peruvian food but I thought it was delicious. I had the shrimp fried rice and was very surprised by how many shrimp I got. We were a party of four and everyone seemed to enjoy the food they ordered. We...ordered the Tres Leches cake for us all to share and it was excellent. The restaurant was very clean and our server was very kind. I would highly recommend this restaurant.More

One of my favorite restaurants in the Ocala/Belleview area. If you haven't been, you're definitely missing out. They never disappoint and the food is great! My favorite is the Churrasco A Lo Pobre.

I have been here several times and just keep going back. This restaurant has kept me from trying so many others that I wanted to try. I have never been disappointed in either the food or the service. The first time I went it was...my introduction to Peruvian food, I had no idea Peru has such good food. I have since been to Peru and now I know that this restaurant is also authentic.More

My wife and I stopped at the Off the Hook Bar and Grill to experience Peruvian Cuisine. We were warmly greeted by the owner who was enthusiastic in educating us on the basics and finer points of Peruvian Cuisine. We stated with Ceviche de Pescado...a generous serving of raw fish topped with thinly sliced red onion. It was accompanied by 2 sauces a semi sweet red pepper based sauce and a green sauce that had a bite up front but dissipated rapidly. A delicious combination. The fish was firm fresh and tender a most enjoyable start. My wife ordered Chips de Langostinos a very interesting and tasty soup with lots of shrimp a rice broth served with a poached egg on top. Dish was served piping hot and again in a generous portion. I opted for the Arroz con Marisco Verde. A Peruvian Paella loaded with shrimp, fish, calamari, and mussels. A seafood lovers dream. It was awesome. And again a generous portion. They also serve Peruvian beer. We passed on dessert as were fully sated. If your seeking a varied dining experience give Off the Hook a try. The restaurant is clean the meals are individually prepared and the environment most welcoming. We will definitely be returning for more Peruvian fare. Thanks for a great mean and experience Off the Hook Bar and Grill.👍👍👍👍👍More
