Pete does a great job with his English fish and chips, all delivered in a newspaper page which absorbs any grease (the best method). The cod was excellent but the restaurant is more of a take-away than eat-in and has little in the way of ambience. Also if you are not really into fish, bear in mind there is not... More

I am a regular at Petes if you like cod there is none better. And the fries are to die for. Eat in or take home. I prefer to eat in. You will not be disappointed.

Staying in the area stopped in here for some fish. Only a few tables so kinda a small place....but the food wasn't. Four of us we order the cod and a couple the chicken cod combo. Battered and fried different than we have had. It was great! Served with fries which also were a notch better than most. No waitresses... More

Great little place, but you'll want to take away, not eat in! The prize is the food not the resturant. But don't for one minute let that stop you or you'll be missing out. The batter on the fish is perfect, the chips are a golden complement. Better then the fish in chips I had in London. I always call... More

Best fish and chips, meet Pete with his stories of England and pubs. A quaint place for lunch or dinner. Fridays seem to be very busy.

Tried lunch and found the fish to be excellent. Basic tables and chairs. Stop in and give them a try. Their prices are reasonable.

Clean but small only had about seven tables. Very friendly staff and quick service We stopped in for dinner. My husband had the large cod fish & chips. I had the small shrimp & chips. The shrimp were extra large and delicious as were the fries & cole slaw. The cod was outstanding too. Pricey but fresh fish is not... More

It's a small restaurant and can get crowded easily. We were lucky a nice couple decided to share a table with another couple so we could have a table for our party of 4. As we were seated we could see the line of customers growing. Our meals (3 fish & chips and 1 shrimp and chips w/cocktail sauces) were... More

Made to order, authentic British fish-n-chips. The cod is flash frozen off the docks and flown in from Iceland. The slaw was fresh, not creamy or too sweet. I only wish they served brewed tea; canned and bottled drinks aren't as tasty as their food. Delicious fish-n-chips!

I have to say we were very hungry for a good fish and chips and we were not disapointed. In fact I must say this is the best white flakey fish and chips I have ever eaten in my life. My first trip there but I certainly will go again when in the area.

Thank Shelby S
