I've been to Azucar twice and soon to return. The cafe con leche reminds me of living in Miami. It was hot, sweet and perfectly brewed. We had breakfast the first time and the croquettas were to die for! The side of Cuban bread was fresh baked and perfect. This restaurant is as authentic as I know Cuban food to... More

This place never ever disappoints. Always fresh and tasty! This is a must go to place if you like great Cuban food and make sure you leave room for their freshly baked desserts. True family owned jewel.

I live in Raleigh, NC but originally from Miami, FL and visit family in cape coral at least once a year. I usually find a cuban bakery and pick up some pastry's for the entire family each time we go down. I find Azucar and was very impressed. Prices are a little higher than I would like to spend but... My wife had them on the last day of school and raved about them. We were driving by today and picked some up. She was right, they tasted great!

We have dined at Azucar many times and the food is delicious! Just love the Pollo ala Plancha, Frijoles Negros, Plaintains and the most scrumptious flan you have ever tried! The atmosphere is very nice with photos of Cuba and soft Cuban music in the backround. The owner and staff are very conscientious and friendly. We take all of our... More

So far I have enjoyed most of their foods, have not tried all of them. The waitress spoke English and Spanish, which is helpful ,as this restaurant sells Cuban food. A lot of Spanish speaking people enjoy Cuban food. The staff is very friendly, the food is vey good, and prices are comparable to other Cuban Restaurants. Next time I'm in... More

We are regulars here, and love there food, staff is great, and the owner is also very nice! Desserts, and coffee are very good! Little taste of cuba for sure. I really like there shrimp in garlic. They gladly run out the food for us when we are having difficulty coming inside for take out.

We stopped in here after reading positive reviews and they were right! Don't be deterred by the strip mall. Go in. I recommend going for lunch. Really good food that came out fast. The servers were kind and helpful. When in the area we will return for chicken and cheese empanadas, classic cuban sandwiches and cuban coffee!

We found this place on Trip Advisor when we drove to Cape Coral. We had the Salmon with Mango sauce. It was delicious. The service was outstanding. Our server was welcoming. Best of all, around the corner they have a bakery! We had the Guava and cheese pastelitos. Best I've ever had!
