First I should say that we enjoyed our first lunch so much that we came back the next day and had lunch again. We had an exceptional meal both times. The only negative at all was the second day we got there early and the hostess told us to wait outside and they would come and get us - -... More

In this wonderful town we find this awesome restaurant. Great service, pleasant atmosphere, and great food. I had stuffed chicken with veggis and yellow rice. A bit too much gravy so next time i will ask them to hold off. Otherwise a nice dining experience. Arrived around 10:30 am and parked right in front of the doors. Lucky me, although... More

Had the Cuban sandwich and the Latin bean soup. Very good! Also the 1905 salads looked great as my co-workers enjoyed them.

Always professional service, a wide variety of options. My Mijito was very good and HUGE. We had a variety of tapas and, of course, their wonderful Cuban bread.Food came within a reasonable time even though it was a busy Saturday night. We were given a complimentary flan for our anniversary. We always feel appreciated as customers here. The Gonzmarts know... More

Well, it didn't help our order that we were starving but we ordered practically everything our waiter told us about - it all sounded delicious and .....it was! From their tableside salad, to their fish dishes, the small loaves of bread for each person at the table and the phenomenal bread pudding ....everything was delicious. What a perfect ending to... We booked this restaurant quite by chance while taking an unplanned stop in Celebration. We're glad we did. The staff are all accommodating. The food was excellent and the location on the lake's edge, next to the communal park, is lovely, So too the building and its environs. It has a Spanish colonial character to it and it is joined... Consistently excellent! The 1905 salad, palomilla steak, the Marilyn and Joe (my personal favorite), guava turnovers and key lime pie. A fantastic lunch or dinner anytime, but extra special on Easter. And our server, Danny, was excellent as well!

I really enjoyed eating here. Stuck with the traditional and you can't go wrong in most cases. Beware that the waiters are great but have a charming but insistent upsell. Hits- empanadas- just great Heart of palm salad- fantastic Arroz con pollo- extremely good Lechon- so sad- avoid at all costs was like a dry pork chop. Sat outside which... More

Description
Family-owned and operated for more than 112 years, Columbia has earned acclaim for its old-world charm and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine and wine list. Join us for century-old family recipes like Paella "a la Valenciana," Filet Mignon "Columbia," and fresh seafood specialties. Don't miss Columbia's Original "1905" Salad(R), prepared tableside with our delicious, freshly-made dressing, a 100-year-old family recipe of fresh garlic, oregano, wine vinegar and Spanish extra virgin olive oil. Be sure to sample a fine Spanish wine like Montecillo or Campillo. Relax outdoors in our cafe or courtyard, or inside our Tapas Bar or Mediterranean-style dining rooms filled with hand-painted tiles and family heirlooms. Casual attire is fine, but we don't allow sleeveless shirts on men. We are a sister to the Columbia in Tampa's Ybor City, founded in 1905. Children's menu available. Open 365-days a year, including all holidays.
