I have been eating at and drinking at Cody's Original Roadhouses in the Tampa Bay area for many, many years. I have seen many different locations ebb and flow from being popular to being derided... The Countryside Clearwater location I think was one of the most popular Cody's in all of Tampa Bay.... And then they moved... They did not... More

Ok, I've eaten here several times and it's consistently going downhill. The food is ok but the service is terrible and gets worse every visit. It makes you feel like you want to just serve yourself it would be better and faster. I will make another visit and if it hasn't changed my rating will drop to a 2 and... More

Always the very best steaks anywhere we go! We look forward to eating here and are never disappointed. We sit at the bar and have the best service every time.

In the neighborhood, after shopping at Dick's Sporting Goods for a Father's Day gift, we decided to stop at Cody's for a bite to eat. Happy hour offerings were good and the food was fresh and hot. Cody's at this and their Park St. location in St. Petersburg offer consistently good food; nothing outstanding but perfectly fine for every day... More

Average bar food and drink. Dark and loud. Not much atmosphere. Ribs, steak and coconut shrimp were average foods.

A disappointing visit compared to the one on Park St in St. Pete. The ribs were dry, the chicken was undercooked, the service was only fair, she did get the order wrong too. Even the Mac & Cheese that my grand daughter had wasn't good and she didn't eat it. We have been to this one three times now and... More

Cody's is a local chain of noisy, concrete floored, peanut shells everywhere roadhouses. They're very popular so come early or expect to wait. Two-for-one happy hour runs from 4-7 PM. An excellent value are the two-for-one fajitas on Wednesdays. Come during happy hour on a Wednesday and two of you get eat and drink for the price of one. I... More

Visited Codys after a day of golfing. Great casual atmosphere. My friend had a fall off the bone rack of ribs. I had the chicken and rib combo and we both had 2 for 1 happy hour beers. The cost was under $50 including tip. The portions were large and the food was tasty. Will definitely return.

Stopped to eat after work/training. Had bacon cheeseburger and fries. Also had local brew from the bar. Good was great, one of the better bar burgers. The bread with the cinnamon butter is truly heaven. Recommended for friends family or any meal.
