Let me start by saying, I love food and will eat almost anything, so I was very excited to find such a highly rated restaurant within walking distance of our hotel. That's where the love story ends... My mother and I were on a mother-daughter retreat enjoying the sunny, seaside atmosphere of Clearwater Beach. We lucked out and got a... More

This was my first true Spanish and Cuban restaurant experience. And I must say it much more than I expected. Service was great (Kristina M.). Sangria was perfect. House salad....1905 was spot on! Both are made in- house and in front of you...so yes...fresh! All of our meals were incredible. I had the Pollo manchego. Very delicious and the "good... More

This is the 2nd year we've eaten here and both times were wonderful! The sangrias are a must! The bread served before dinner was so good we took what we didn't eat with us!

On Christmas, my date and I had lunch here after church. While the parking is difficult, given the small parking area, it is worth the search. We had a lovely table overlooking the water. The food was excellent, and in good time, given how busy the restaurant was. The bread, soup or salad, kept us busy till the main course... More

Arrive before 4pm and still get lunch menu prices. What a deal! Our family favorite is half Cuban sandwich and half 1905 salad. The Cuban bread baked in house is the best anywhere and that's what makes the sandwich special. Half a sandwich is plenty to eat and the salad is always fresh and made tableside by your server. Also... More

It was a delightful evening with friends to enjoy a marvelous dinner. A margarita clasica followed by their famous 1905 salad. Our sever Adam was very skilled as he served our pompano en papillot. The taste was luscious~pompano with shrimp, crabmeat baked in parchment paper served with yellow rice. Yum!

Had tickets to a show on my birthday in downtown Clearwater and wanted to find a good place for dinner before. Have heard good things about the Columbia so decided to grab an early dinner. Made reservations thru this site and arrived and was seated right away. The waiter assigned started off friendly and attentive, explaining drinks, apps, and menu.... More

Heard it was great. Wasn't feeling great. Ordered the pitcher of mojitos . Very good but would have been better had the weather been warmer. Ordered the veal which was s little buttery for our taste. Flan was great. Didn't think it was as great as hyped. But could have ordered wrong. Great service .

Great view. Great service. The mojitos are spectacular. Spanish Bean soup doesn't sound great, but boy it is! I forget the name of it, but there is a garlic shrimpy appetizer that is amazing.

Join us for century-old family recipes like Paella "a la Valenciana," Filet Mignon "Columbia," & fresh seafood specialties. Sample a fine Spanish wine like Torres, Montecillo or Campillo.
