Today we went to Lone Cabbage Fish Camp for lunch for the second time on my trip and loved it. I got the chicken fingers and my aunt got the frog legs, catfish, and hush puppies. The food always is delicious from there. The service...More

Primary purpose of visit was airboat ride. Pricey for 25 minute ride - was supposed to be 30 minutes. Restaurant was ok, basic burgers and fried food. A tourist stop.

Don't plan to have dinner with an early evening airboat excursion- airboats close down operations at 5. Was also told that the water levels were down due to drought, which meant not as long a ride as when the levels are up. The food? It...More

We had visitors from California that had never seen an airboat, let alone ride on one. We all headed out hoping to get a glimpse of "Everglades" Florida. We were not disappointed! We saw wildlife, fauna, birds and gators galore! Our visitors were thrilled, it...More

Great local place with knowledgeable guides. Lots of alligators (and cows in the St John's River to escape the heat and drought). Although I had lived in Florida for years, I learned things I did not know about alligators.

Service wasn't too good on this day. I think we had 2-3 different servers, but it took forever to get a refill.

Great food. Small prices but small amount of food. But that's all we need. On St Johns River gators crossing as we ate. Beautiful

Lone cabbage fish camp my look like a dive, but is actually worth a roadside stop on your way to the beach. When we arrived a large motorcycle group was dominating the outdoor area. At first I was nervous, but the group kept to themselves....More

We really love the laid back Southern ambiance, relaxing outside with good food and cold beer and of course the air boat rides are always fun.

It only looks expensive haha! This is a true old fish camp! Everything I have ever ate was amazing! You must try the hush puppies!

They do have quite a bit of outdoor seating at lone cabbage. And yes, as long as the bed is not a dangerous one, then yes. People do it here.
