Even though there are fans along the perimeter, I can tell that it gets super hot and humid in the outdoor section - tip, go early for breakfast or eat inside if you are hungry later in the afternoon. Food is good and the breakfast...More

We had great exceptions in the Fontana in the Biltmore Hotel. It's lovely built into the complex and has a great mood. Here it stops. Staff is nice but not more. Food is under par. The POLLO PARMIGIANA looks like straight out of the prision...More

We are in Florida several times a year and generally make a point of having a meal at Fontana, sometimes in conjunction with attending a show at the Gables Stage and sometimes just because. Last evening we had a fairly early dinner, so we were...More

We enjoyed a dinner with the most amazing chef, Guiseppe Galazzi. He just made the evening amazing. He prepared a 5 course dinner, right in front of us at the bar. They were all small dishes. We started with some antipasti, including duck sausage, mmmmmmm....More

Food was good but not exceptional considering prices. Staff was not as attentive as they should be at an upscale restaurant.

Ten for dinner. Horribly slow service all courses . Half hot food served cold. Many dishes tough or tasteless. The charming outdoor setting compensates a bit, but not at the prices or the image desired.

Dinner for 6 in the lovely courtyard on a gorgeous night was magical. We sat for 3 hours (our choice) dining and talking. Food was wonderful. Service was a little on the slow side but discreet. We loved it. Old Miami at it's finest.

How do we love thee? Let me count the ways.... First, there is ample nearby self-parking. Next, the Biltmore interiors are stunningly opulent in an elegant, over-the-top old-world way. Also, the staff is uniformly courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, some of the hotel guests (uniformly tall...More

Located in the Biltmore Hotel, this is not a typical hotel restaurant. The food is good and the portions are generous. You can dine indoors or in an outside atrium courtyard with a fountain. Service is attentive yet unobtrusive.

Yes, you can use multiple vouchers. . . The reservation goes on one name/credit card just to hold the reservation but once you are there, just tell them you have 2 vouchers. Enjoy! It's great!

I would call them. I bet that they have fans. That place is too fancy not to take care of the guests

Description
One of the few remaining Miami locales offering traditional English afternoon tea, the Biltmore is arguably the most elegant venue, with its soaring vaulted ceiling, magnificent lobby and majestically mantled fireplace. The refreshing repast is served daily and is complemented with and elegant harp weekdays and music of an accomplished classical guitarist on the weekends. During the holiday season guests can expect themed pastries.Reservations are recommended.
