Family of 9 visited this place for lunch and we got seated fast. I tried the breaded shrimp plate which was great! It was fresh and served fast. Price is not bad. Sweet potato price was very good as well as the breaded clams.

They are tiny & covered with heavy breading. We couldn't even taste the oysters. Were there on Tuesday night at 9 PM, so maybe we got leftovers. The oysters Rockefeller, served on the half-shell, however, were terrific. House salad was good too. Friendly server.

My review 3 years ago said average food but good experience overall. I'd say the same again. My wife really likes it and she only eats fish and veggies. I like it ok. I can't say I've ever had anything I love (soups come close)...More

We come every year, nothing for tensions, always good, even left with a doggy bag… we had the fish and chips which were D-Lish... Love the rum punch... don't know when they added the misters, but it does cool it off a bit outside…

We visited the bar area for a drink and app. Bartender was great and so were drinks - Bloody Mary and A fruity margarita. Crab dip app was great too!

The waitress was very friendly. We sat outside for lunch and it was comfortable. The food was delicious and the portions are large. The cuban sandwich was very tasty. We had a vegan in our group and the restaurant was very accommodating with her food...More

We called ahead of time. (We take our dog everywhere we possibly can). No dogs. They should change thy though!! They're like the only place that doesn't allow dogs.

Ellen, thank you for the inquiry. Unfortunately The Salty Pelican does not accept reservations. I would suggest Cafe Karibo, as they have space for parties that large. We hope to see you at The Salty Pelican sometime during... More
