We ate dinner here last night: green chicken mole and the ranchero shrimp with veggies. Lots of tasty food, excellent service and sparkling dining room and bathroom. We ate breakfast here this morning: eggs ranchero and scrambled eggs with cactus/Nopales. Excellent! Also had cafe con Leche which has cinnamon and sugar. Great! Very well priced. Wish we had gone here... More

Place looked like a real Mexican diner - quite run down and not very nicely decorated, but food was really tasty. Service was friendly and it was well priced. Would recommend to anyone who likes authentic homestyle Mexican food.

We had fish with rice and beans and salad, and assorted tamales with rice and beans and salad. Everything was tasty, but the black beans were outstanding! The horchata was lightly spiced with cinnamon, very nice.

We went there on advice from where we were staying. When we first got there, we were the only ones there. Made us wonder if we got good advice. Within 30 minutes, the place was full. Alot of food, more than I could eat. Their hot sauce was very good. Not just heat, but full of flavor.

We had a good dinner with Mexican beer at a reasonable price, the restaurant was near our hotel and the service was excellent. It appears to be frequented by local residents.

I would say, probably more like a 3 1/2. I went to eat there expecting an amazing Mexican meal, based on reviews and the fact that everyone AND their mother has told me that THIS is the place for authentic and delicious Mexican cuisine. The service was super slow and, even though I am fluent in Spanish (which was my... More
