My wife and I met with friends at Harry's. The food and service was great. Just know this is not the neighborhood pub and the prices are a little higher than such.

Reserved a table for 14 before Christmas for a dinner with coworkers. We only had to wait a few minutes for the table, which was great. The service, unfortunately was terrible. The restaurant was not that busy since it was a Wednesday night, but the service was still super slow. The drinks were hit and miss; some were really strong,... More
Had an awesome dinner this past Friday night. There were seven of us, everyone had a seafood dish (go figure) and we were some extremely happy campers. The amount of food served on each plate was ridiculous. We were all stuffed and it was good.
Driving back from cruise disembarkation and needed a nice quiet stop. This restaurant on the city square fit the bill. I had Harry's hamburger and it was perfect. The grilled onions and mushrooms made it even more moist. Friend had the grilled fish tacos. She loved them. The red beans and rice were delicious. Don't know if they were having... More
The greens are amazing!!! The greens are tender and are the most amazing. (I don't even like greens!....and I drink them and eat them like a bowl of soup!). The shrimp and grits with the grit cakes are right behind! If you like a cucumber or clean flavored martini , the Cool Goose martini can't be beat!
Harry's has the ambiance and comfort of a great place to relax and enjoy excellent food. The menu offers a great variety; love the appetizers and their Caesar salad is so good. I like to grab a quick lunch when I'm downtown or meet friends there, especially after seeing a play at the Hippodrome. This is just a great place... More
I've always just gone for the cocktails such as the blue margarita and the chocolate martini but the other day I finally tried to food. I got the Baton Rouge chicken I believe it was with the goat cheese on top! Delicious! Also great happy hour specials, my favorite blue margarita was only $5.
I had the salmon Rockefeller. The salmon steak tasted fresh. Was perfectly charred (not dry) and topped with an altered oyster Rockefeller sauce, which was delicious, but a tad too sweet. However; this did not take away from those awesome dish. I also had a side of Harry's greens, where wonderful. My husband had the crawfish etoufee. This was good... More
