Although I'm from Colorado, I owed four local friends a lunch and they chose Molina's...so glad they did. Quick service but maybe not the friendliest server. The Pollo a la Milanesa was amazing and I recommend it to everyone.

Visited as a couple as this restaurant was recommended by some locals as authentic Spanish food. It did not disappoint! The black beans and rice were so good. Seasoned very well. We had palomilla steak also seasoned well and tender. The cafe con leche coffee was so good! Service is like old school nice restaurant setting out your place settings.... More

Although the service and the atmosphere were very good, the Cuban food was a little above average. We all ordered the shredded beef for lunch per the waiters recommendation. The beef tasted good but was dry. The black beans had a great taste and there was a huge serving of rice. The price was $13.95 which is on the high... More

As someone who spends a lot of time in the Caribbean I really look forward to eating here based on all the positive feedback I received. They were able to accommodate a party of 20 with ease. Service was great and the business appears to be local. I had the churrasco steak and saw the meat tasted a little gamy.... More

Though it is not included in traditional touristic circuits while visiting Miami, Molina's Ranch is, with no doubts, the most authentic Cuban restaurant in town. Whether you prefer traditional pork dishes, bistec de palomilla (beef steak) or fish, Molina's will provide you with true Cuban flavor.

Traveling through Miami on my Harley, spent the night in a Doral hotel. Researched this restaurant as being both quality and convenient --- and it was all of that. Not a Cuban food expert but the waiter offered me his advice on a regular meal that was one they served a lot --- cooked, flavorful lamb with a standard "side"... More

Ordered a cortadito and when I went to pay was told 3.20 cents. I got insulted and left it there's no restaurant that charges over 3.00 dollars for that. It's a rip off will never recommend it or put myself there again.

Hadn't been to Molina's because of moving away. Had a hankering for a good Cuban sandwich when visiting friends back in Hialeah. Went and got a Cuban sandwich for myself and a Media Noche sandwich for my wife. These sandwiches were just as delicious as the last time we went there. 2 thumbs up !

We were entertaining guests from the United Kingdom who had never had Cuban food before, so Molina's was a natural choice for their first time for something authentic. Needless to say, the food disappeared because it was that good. Our servers were constantly checking to see if we needed anything, and the service was better than in some other restaurants.... More
