Tough to go wrong with breakfast, decent job. Greek omelet was large and tasty, generous portion. I ordered French toast, sausage and scrambled eggs. Got pancakes instead, ate it, no biggee. Waitress was personable, chatty, told us to come back for their French toast special, haha. Cash only.

When looking for a place to eat breakfast, we came across this tiny restaurant. There was a table for 2 left in this crowded little place. There was one server and one cook. It took 10 minutes before we were waited on, another 5 before we got coffee, another 15 before we got food. The noise level is loud as... More

Went with a friend for breakfast last week and was quite surprised at the prices. A "special" was one egg, one piece of toast, has browns and three tiny pieces of bacon for $5.99. I h ave never eaten breakfast out and received one piece of toast. Go to Roosters or Aunt D's where you get double the amount of... More

Service is always poor but food made up for it . The quality and amount has slipped. A sign says rude service and that does not disappoint. They close whenever they want but if you call first, they won't answer the phone. A to go lunch for four was 65$ The chicken sandwich had no toppings or mayo but we... More

Waitress and chef (who are not a couple by the way and don't like it when you assume so) are getting grouchy. They are not accommodating to even minor changes in the menu, even for special diets. If it is a veggie omelet, it is their veggie choices as written or you pay by the item. If you ask to... More

I was in the mood for a real breakfast and Islander Café did not disappoint. Eggs over easy, crispy bacon, hash browns and toast. A New Yorkers dream! You actually get your food the way you ask for it at this small local café. Just make sure to bring cash as they do not accept any type of card.

We were staying on Nettle's Island and saw this cafe a few times as we drove to and fro. we decided to try it out for breakfast. We really enjoyed it. I had a lox and cream cheese (with capers) omelet. It was very good. Larry truly enjoyed his blueberry pancakes and link sausage. Lots of food. Our table was... More

We are in Florida celebrating 50th bday and stopped here for lunch. Glad we did the setting was very casual food and drinks great price. The staff was very friendly. This island is small I wouldn't waste time trying to find a place to eat stop at Island Cow listen to some good music, view the decorations and relax.
