Staying at the hotel over Easter made the obligatory guest visit to Salt for dinner with sky high expectations based on the many 5 star reviews. In retrospect perhaps expectations were to high. Truly exceptional restaurants nail the details. Sketchy start , the hotel young un's game room is immediately outside the entry to SALT. Free tip ; Move it... More

WE have been to Salt several times. The service is impeccable and the food is amazing. The last time we took our children and they were treated like royalty. They thought it was the best experience. We love doing the tasting menu of the chef's choice. It is always the best experience!!!!

this resort is located ocean front. Salt has no view but one is here for the finest in dining .our waiter David was so professional his reading of his guests need for small interuptions only and allowing the guests to enjoy each other company and conversation of the dishes the chef has prepared. one can not go wrong at Salt

Very good food, nice room for group dinner. Beef good, salad only fair, dessert very good..apple tart. Good service overall. Steak undercooked. Never asked us to check. Gorden Ramseys in Paris Hotel in Las Vegas better in terms of five star rated restaurants.

Our first visit to this restaurant. It exceeded all expectations. Everything was superb. The crowning touch was a visit from the chef, who created the dishes we enjoyed that evening. It's rated five stars and we agree 100%. One of our finest dining experiences--ever. We cannot recommend this restaurant and its chef highly enough.

The service, food and atmosphere were fantastic. I had the tenderloin which I cooked myself on a 25 million year old salt block. The use of various salts and sauces added a new dimension to the food. Everyone else at the table had seafood which they all raved about. You can order two mini soufflés for at least two people,... More

Salt isn't a restaurant, it's an experience. Great selection of wine and specialty cocktails to start. To begin your Salt experience, they bring out the baked products and churned cream/butter. The chef will then select certain types of salt to use as an accent. I believe there are 11 to choose from, but the waiter will only bring 3. My... More
