Pros: Good food and prices, right on the beach, after lunch go with family to feed tarpon fish steps away, ample parking, friendly service. Cons: long, long, long lines to visit restrooms.

Came here for a bite to eat and some cold beers. Looks like they are recovering well after Hurricane Irma but it appeared to be very slow. Good happy hour menu so we had $2 Landshark drafts. We ordered a BBQ pork slider with fries...More

We have eaten here before, but not at night. Even at night, the vibe is great. The food is very good. We especially liked the conch fritters and fish sandwiches. The whole fish was a little dry. Prices are reasonable and our server was a...More

Great location on the north side of the Overseas HIghway in Islamorada in the Upper Keys. About 81 miles / 2 hours to Key West from here. Lots of parking but nearly full at 2 pm on a sunny Saturday. No tables were available either...More

Robbie's is a great place to spent your time.... and money! We ate at the hungry tarpon three times while we were in the keys. I had the sashimi tuna salad..... freakin' amazing. The service depends on how busy it is, but always friendly. After...More

And had lunch. Nice place. Typical FL Keys bar. Food was good. Ambiance on the water. Hot if you can't find shade.

IT IS ALIVE!! Robbie’s docks got their butt’s kicked in Irma, but in typical keys fashion they were out there working on them the NEXT DAY! Now their docks are in All New and fresh, and you can once again feed the tarpon. Very casual...More

Description
In the Florida Keys you'll find this old Keys-style marina and fish shack "somewhere on A1A." A true conch atmosphere with many tasty delights, here in this Florida Keys restaurant you'll find yourself indulged in the Caribbean-inspired cuisine, the compassionate people and old Keys tranquility that is the Hungry Tarpon restaurant in Islamorada. The building has been standing since 1947 and with a home like Robbie's of Islamorada, plus a fascinating history, it all makes the Hungry Tarpon a part of the tradition since 1976. Enjoy dining on our bayside deck with tiki torches lighting up the night. Relax with friends over our fabulous appetizers and watch the boats come and go. Stroll our open air shops then wander to our sandy beach, melt into one of our bayside lounge chairs and let the sea air wash away the rush of the day.
