Stopped in without reservations and they were good about getting us a table. We all had one of the fish specials and for most part it was good but not special and kitchen appeared to be backed up as very slow to get meals. Wait staff was friendly but overall a bit pricey especially with the wait and additional drinks... More

No contest! MA's desserts rock! Anything on the menu is terrific but the fresh fish specials are awesome. We drove up from Marathon for more pie!

Our food came to us via hand delivery to the brewery that we were visiting. Both the Steak burger and the Shrimp basket were very good. They both had good flavor on their own and the shrimp were ever so lightly battered which made them a pleasure to eat. Judging by our food today I'd say that we would most... More

Enjoyed the combo fish basket and blackened shrimp platter. Service was a little slow but the food was excellent.

Having no preconceptions we stopped into Ma's for dinner. What a pleasant surprise. We each ordered something different and each dish was terrific. The Mahi Mahi Baja was great. The portions were plenty. Ma herself prepared our meals, el perfecto!

Didn't eat here as sat at the table for 20 minutes and the waitress who has smiled and waved at us had not been over even to get our drink order - it was 7pm on a Thursday night and there was just one waitress and a bus person. They need more help.

Hubby had the Tile fish and I had coconut shrimp both wonderful. But the topping of the meal was the delicious Hummingbird cake that I had never had before and it knocked my socks off. After having plenty of Key Lime pie around town this Hummingbird cake is a must have!

Ma's is nothing to write home about but the fish is fresh and delicious, the atmosphere and service is non pretentious, the menu is fairly varied and the prices are right. Ma's is simple and dependable. Perhaps a fancy sauce would have enhanced our snapper entree' but the freshness and very generous portion size was a better trade off. The... More

We have heen coming yearly to have dinner here and always loved it. This year however, the fish basket was dry and awful as was the fish tacos. It seemed like you could do better eating frozen fish sticks. The seafood pasta was very good though and the service was great.

Description
Our restaurant atmosphere is warm and friendly. Our food is prepared delightfully light, healthy and flavorful. Our seafood is grilled with lovely toppings - and if you desire fried, we fry in rice oil for good health. We do have delicious, made in house desserts including our Awarding winning traditional Key Lime Pie, German Chocolate Cake and locals favorite Hummingbird Cake. MA's also has a desirable Wine and Beer menu.
