Stopped her for good local fish, which was excellent. Ma makes her mothers recipe Hummingbird cake, first time I ever had one and it was great. Good local place, will go back!

After we spent the day catching fish, we brought it to Ma's for them to cook it for us. They charge 15$ per person and it include all the sides, they did a great job and the price was well worth it.

We had a late lunch at Ma's Fish Camp, while in Islamorada. We both had a grouper sandwich. My husband had his grilled, and I had it fried. They were both great. The fries were homemade and spicy. We shared one of their signature desserts. The key lime pie. The crust was wonderful and the key lime was tart and... More

Every time here we have enjoyed good food done to perfection. This is not a huge complicated menu but quite good. However, the service is in a word awful. This review is not based on a one time visit but several visits. Wait staff is disorganized and seen chatting with other staff instead of working. That part of the restaurant... More

We had a short wait but it was worth it. Food and service was fantastic. Reasonable prices with an inviting atmosphere. We plan on returning.

Visited a couple of weeks ago with friends who live locally to this restaurant. Great meal & great service, attentive but not over the top. We had coconut shrimp & smoked fish dip to share for starters, both delicious. A friend had the grouper for main course that had just come in & said it was the best. I had... More

Our boat captain from our chartered fishing trip recommended Ma's Fish Camp as the best place to have our fresh caught Hogfish prepared. We were not disappointed. Super yummy prepared presentations of our hogfish grilled and blackened. The beans and rice side dish was the best ever!!! We ordered the Boston Creme Cake to go and it was incredible!!! This... Description
Our restaurant atmosphere is warm and friendly. Our food is prepared delightfully light, healthy and flavorful. Our seafood is grilled with lovely toppings - and if you desire fried, we fry in rice oil for good health. We do have delicious, made in house desserts including our Awarding winning traditional Key Lime Pie, German Chocolate Cake and locals favorite Hummingbird Cake. MA's also has a desirable Wine and Beer menu.
