If you are a sucker for fried fish & seafood, La Camaronera is the place to go. Fried shrimps - yum. Fried fish fillet - yum. Conch fritters - yum. Tostones (fried plaintains) - so so. Washed down with cool Coronas? Si si!

Got the grilled fish with salsa and plantains. Very fresh and cooked perfectly. Took the tres leches cake to my son. Service was fast but do not take cards as it is a cash only place. They do serve beer now so go and enjoy...More

Read about this place on Tripadvisor. It didn’t disappoint. Shrimp and yellow rice were wonderful. We had to order more shrimp. If my wife gets seconds on anything fried it has to be good. Best meal in Miami. The shrimp are fried tail off, just...More

This place impressed me. Food was fresh and delicious. Fried calamari‘s and the arroz con mariscos were the bomb.com. THIS IS A CASH ONLY RESTAURANT that threw me off since I hardly carry cash. They have an ATM inside that charges you a fee. This...More

In Miami with some time to kill so made it over to La Camaronera Fish Market... it was 90 degrees outside and HOT!!! The ice cold Coke only made the fried calamari, shrimp empanada and shrimp tacos taste even better! The place was pretty clean,...More

So the place was nothing of what I expect on the drive in. I'm from Chicago so a little "hood" doesn't scare me away, and don't let the location scare you away either. The young ladies even opened the door as they anticipated our arrival...More
