I ended up with a scoop of Mamey (a very new taste for me- it was tropical, fruity, and had a bit of the sweet cream, too), and the Abuela Maria (whose praises have been sung by countless other reviewers). Warm waffle cones,... More

It's a small shop and one of the most popular in Little Havana. Flavors apparently change daily - at the moment the primary flavor is " burn in hell Fidel " - chocolate with a hint of pepper that catches at the back of the throat - worth a try. I also had the Reese's ice cream which was great.... More

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Azucar - it's our official "neighborhood" ice cream place. We live just a couple miles from here, and we visit often because the quality of the ice cream and uniqueness of the flavors cannot be matched anywhere. From the second you walk in you can't help but love the smell of fresh-made waffle cones being made.... More

We were taken here during a tour of Miami, excellent home made ice cream, with weird and wonderful flavours. I had peanut butter and grape jelly, there was also avocado!

What a great ice cream store in Little Havana. They offered numerous kinds of ice cream and some unique kinds. We took the employees recommendation of their specially ice cream with guava chucks, cookies, cream cheese and ???, with guava sauce on top. It was amazing! What a special treat. Staff was very helpful and let us try a couple... More

We loved Azucar Ice Cream! My boyfriend and I were in Miami for the day and went to Calle Ocho and heard about this ice cream place and wanted to try it. So many flavors and they all looked delicious! Plus the staff was great!!

Lots of interesting flavors. Abuela Maria tastes interesting! Bit pricy ice cream shop(small for $4.28) but worth a try.

Nice refreshing ice cream with some Cuban flair. They have a few old Cuban flavor a like Mantecado and Guava & cheese plus more well known flavor a with a twist. Enjoy it for what it is and try at least 2 flavors.
