It helps if someone who is behind the counter speaks English if you don't speak Spanish. They also give larger portions to Spanish speaking people (happened to me). That said I am happy with the fish dish I got, oxtail, mango juice and chicharron.
cheap is not a bad thing this place serves some delicious food for a good price. We were stuffed the Salmon and the Masa langosta - Perfecto! Staff was nice and the food is good what more can you ask for.
