Went with the family for he Thanksgiving dinner. I've been to Milos in New York many times and the South Beach location offers close to identical setup and menu. The service is implacable and the fish doesn't get any fresher. The place is not for a budget dining experience but is worth every penny.

We've gone probably a dozen times. Prix fixe lunch at $25 can't be beat. Fresh fresh fresh fish. Great staff, delicious sides. We've never had a bad meal or time! Only criticism--the fruit plate at lunch was cut and left out hours before and was a little dried out and less appealing. Dinner is very expensive! When we left lunch... More

My first time at this restaurant as I was invited by a friend. parking here was valet or self-parking. The interior was modern and clean. Service was just good but the food oh what can I say! I loved the food. The menu is very extensive with fresh fish, good wine just good. But the 3-course dinner was amazing! I... More

We had a great time. The place is beautiful and has a great atmosphere. The food is pretty average, though. it is good, but nothing extraordinary. Very, very expensive. We have tried much better greek food.

Nicely prepared but VERY EXPENSIVE seafood. I think I chose something that was $52/pound. That was an eye-popper. But the food was well-prepared and not over-cooked.

The food is outstanding, but it is not cheap, even for lunch time, because many of the items offered have a supplement . The tan tataki is tasty, but it is served without soy sauce...so, for me, something was missing It is better to seat by the window, the other tables can be very noisy The daurade I chose was... First night in South Beach for a couples weekend away from the kids. Picked this restaurant based on TripAdvisor reviews which were right on target. We shared crab, carabinieros that comes with a brandy shot (which you shoot from the head) and a main course was a vegetable platter with grilled barbouni. New dishes for us and an outstanding adventure.... More

Went for lunch with a friend from France who just happened to be in the area, small world eh? Picked this restaurant as it is just across the road from our apartment. The Lunch Special menu is quite varied with a selection to suit everyone. I had tomato and feta salad to start, fabulous seared tuna loin as a main... More

Description
It was in December 1979, when Chef-Owner Mr. Costas Spiliadis opened the first Estiatorio Milos on Park Avenue, Montreal. The reason seemed obvious to him: the need to elevate the sophistication of Greek cuisine abroad far away from its stereotyped forklorization.
'I wanted to change what people thought about Greek cuisine, make sure it's being appreciated and awarded with its rightful place on an international level!'
As a small restaurant, Milos gained the trust of the Montrealers in no time. The menu being always simple and impeccably fresh, drew the attention of the media and food critics from around the world. NY Post has stated in triumph that 'Milos fish could only be fresher if it swam to your plate!'
What was the secret that made Milos stand out? Its focus in finding the purest Mediterranean products and cooking with the freshest ingredients. Through 35 years of intensive research, we have managed to build lasting relationships with growers and small-scale fisheries at the shores of Greece, Cyprus, Morocco, Tunisia, Portugal etc., Flying in our fish and seafood daily by plane! Milos has since then taken the world by storm and opened in 1997 in NYC, in 2004 in Athens, in 2010 at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas, in 2012 in Miami Beach and in 2015 in London!
