Don't need to stay at hotel to dine but would recomend having a reservation as even a week-night can be crowded. They don't permit shorts or flip flops. Most people were dressed with very nice shirts, dressy jeans. Only a... More

Yes you can eat at the restaurant if you're not staying at the hotel. In fact 99% of the people that eat there are not hotel guests. The dress code is casual chic. Remember this is Miami so dress comfortable but classy.
