The ambience is nice but nothing special . It is located on Sand Lake restaurant row . The service was excellent and very attentive . The food portions were average and adequate . Some of the dishes had a bitter taste . The shrimp dish was delicious . The short ribs were tasty and fell right off the bone .... More

The value for the $$ was subpar. Chewy filet mignon. Waiter wasn't the greatest. We are all great tippers-why bother. Would rather have gone to Ruth Chris. Know that I would have had a guaranteed great meal. This restaurant was highly recomended.

Excellent service, food, atmosphere. Have dined at several different Roys locations across the country. Never disappoints. Excellent, fresh seafood, sauces, selections. Roys prides itself on their unique menu and drinks. I took a couple of business associates during this visit and they had never been. They were very impressed and couldn't wait to visit again.

Be aware that some parts of the prix-fixe menu offered via Travelzoo are limited. We had a appetizer of a chicken egg roll to share; one per couple. Taste was good but it was greasy! I would not choose such an appetizer off of a regular menu. The Caesar Salad was terrible; finely chopped iceberg and romaine with 2 thin... More

Had thanksgiving dinner at Roy's. Lobster potstickers and teriyaki turkey with pumpkin tart. Not too traditional but still very good. Have been there twice now so have a few suggestions. If you have a hard time reading menus, ask to sit in the rear. Much better lighting. If you want a glass of wine, don't ask the waiter for a... More

We've been to Roy's several times for special events including Birthdays and Anniversary. In all instances Roy's has never failed to exceed our expectations. We know that once a restaurant "Goes Corporate" it can mean it's jumped the shark, but not in this case. The Aloha vibe continues at the Orlando location and the food is sumptuous and reflects an... The food, service, atmosphere is exceptional. The attention to detail at Roy's is hard to find in most restaurants these days. The only negative is we had to ask for the edamame. The server then told us it is only served upon request, which I found a little strange. I've always considered that to be something so unique, it adds... More

Enjoyed the Happy Hour at the Communal table. Nice space for our small family, and interesting people to meet and enjoy 'dining tips' with. The Ebi roll was amazing, and the Kalua Pork sliders reminded us of our many times dining at Roy's Hawaiian locations. The cocktail was STRONG, but as it was a rare treat, why not? Nice to... More

I have been to 5 different Roy's restaurants in my life and this meal holds par with all of them. It's the attention to details that always impress me with this location. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and an anniversary in our group(yes it was a busy weekend) and they greeted us with a spirit of aloha. There is a... More
