We've never had dinner at Kona (make next trip!), but have had breakfast and lunch. We've never had a bad meal here. My daughter and I like to share the Polynesian Plate Lunch with the crispy chicken. It's fantastic- wish I could get the recipe!...More

We parked in Magic Kingdom parking and walked to the Polynesian for a quick bite. There was a line, but service was fast, and we asked for our food to-go just in case we wanted to head out. I ordered the much talked about Tonga...More

We came early, left late, but it was due to terrible service followed by awful food. The excuse we received was a menu change and mixup. YUK! After years of loving this place, we won't be back. 12 people for a lovely evening spoiled by...More

My husband and I ate here on May 12, and we had the turkey sandwich and a pork dish that was brand new to the menu. Both were awesome! Our server, Kyle, was also excellent. We took a break from Magic Kingdom to eat lunch,...More

We ate here on our last day before catching the Magical Express. I wasn't overly impressed. I had the specialty pancakes with macadamia nuts, it was good but I didn't leave feeling impressed. I had read a lot on this restaurant and was excited to...More

We had a great lunch here during our stay. We always dine here a few times when staying at the resort, and we try to make it whenever we are in the area. We've been for breakfast, lunch, and dinner countless times. We stopped in...More

Have always made this a Must Visit on our WDW trips for good food at OK, for Disney, prices. Food is still good, service very good, but entree prices up by 30% or so in 2 years? For that cost, I'll go to Citricos.

My husband and I are on the dining plan, but I thought that we could eat here one morning for breakfast and pay out of pocket. We don't want to eat too much for breakfast since we have so much food on the dining plan already. Normally, we just split a breakfast plate, but I wasn't sure if that was allowed here. Does anyone know if we would be able to just order one order of tonga toast and a couple of drinks?

I am hosting a birthday dinner here, for 16. We have a dinner reservations at 6:50, but we are all supposed to be in front of Epcot by 8:00PM, for an escort to our 8:30PM dessert party (They will wait for us out by the flagpole, so maybe there will be a few minutes of leeway?). Can anyone tell me if this is even remotely feasible, or am I crazy to think we could order, be served, eat, and get to the flag pole in 70 minutes (or so)? How about if I arrange for taxi vans to take us over? Does that change anything? Help! Thanks.
