This is a MUST treat for any child on a family trip to Disney. Do it on a non-park day as a treat, maybe the first night you arrive. You don't have to do the whole meal if you don't want to, just go for...More

Kona Cafe had an upscale diner atmosphere with a tropical theme, if that makes sense. It was very noisy and the food was average, similar quality to what you would find in a casual diner. The difference was that the prices were Disney prices but...More

I stopped in for lunch on a day at the Magic Kingdom. I ordered a vegetable roll. I wanted something light since I had an early dinner planned later. I thought the portion was good and it was filling. The vegetable roll had a good...More

This restaurant has plenty to offer on the menu. The service is great, and is well staffed. The location also is great, as it is in the Polynesian resort. I would highly recommend this place to anyone at WDW.

This is our favorite breakfast spot at WDW. I love the French press kona coffee and the family loves the tonga toast. The prices are reasonable and the service is always good. The atmosphere at the Poly is also really cool.

I have been to this restaurant two times before and they were excellent but this time it was a disaster. The service was terrible. The manager was rude. The person who brought out our food was combative. First it took the server about 15 minutes...More

Tried kona as a recommendation. Was a great breakfast. Convenient off the monorail line or take a bus to the Polynesian. They do take reservations which I recommend. Eggs Benedict delicious, mimosa flight tasty. Scrambled eggs best we have ever had. Family friendly and casual...More

Kona is a great restaurant with a lot of exotic choices. We had the burger with pork belly and a soft boiled egg, which was amazing. The only weak part of the meal were the dessert selections. The service was very friendly and easily handled...More

The Kona Cafe infuses a bit of Asian zest into traditional American breakfast, lunch and dinner fare in Disney's Polynesian Resort. Indulge in the scrumptious cinnamon and banana-stuffed Tonga Toast or choose from a variety of more savory breakfast options like a variety of egg dishes and pineapple macadamia nut pancakes. At midday, satisfy your hunger with an Island chicken sandwich and housemade sweet potato chips, shrimp and scallops, or other tasty entrees. Dine in the evening on delicacies such as a selection of fresh fish, grilled ginger-crusted ribeye steak or coconut almond chicken. As you enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of this Polynesian restaurant, feast your eyes across the onstage open pastry kitchen that prepares divine desserts. Kona Cafe offers authentic Kona coffee as a perfect pairing to these pastries, or as a rich addition to any meal.
