I kept reading reviews that was a hidden gem in Disney so we gave it a try (we were staying at the Poly). What a mistake. Thanks we didn't leave a park to eat there. This place is noisy, the tables are cramped, the decor...More

Me and my cousins enjoyed our time at Kona Café. I ordered the pork chop and it was very good. Very nice atmosphere, ambiance and not too noisy. The service was very accommodating.

We had a great time here. It was fun being in the park one moment, catching a monorail the next moment and walking right into the Polynesian for dinner. Food was good.

We had reservations for breakfast and were seated on time. The place is pretty fast paced and the wait staff really had to hustle to keep up with the tables turning over, however the food did not move out of the kitchen as fast as...More

While we really liked the Polynesian Village (see resort review), the Kona Café was a big disappointment. We ate here our first night after flying in, and wasted a Table Service meal on some mediocre food in a mediocre environment. The NY Strip was edible,...More

The Kona Cafe infuses a bit of Asian zest into traditional American breakfast, lunch and dinner fare in Disney's Polynesian Resort. Indulge in the scrumptious cinnamon and banana-stuffed Tonga Toast or choose from a variety of more savory breakfast options like a variety of egg dishes and pineapple macadamia nut pancakes. At midday, satisfy your hunger with an Island chicken sandwich and housemade sweet potato chips, shrimp and scallops, or other tasty entrees. Dine in the evening on delicacies such as a selection of fresh fish, grilled ginger-crusted ribeye steak or coconut almond chicken. As you enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of this Polynesian restaurant, feast your eyes across the onstage open pastry kitchen that prepares divine desserts. Kona Cafe offers authentic Kona coffee as a perfect pairing to these pastries, or as a rich addition to any meal.
