My wife and I tried the breakfast buffet on 12/4/2017. Cost was $27/person. Food selection was great. Our server Sarah did everything possible to make the experience Grand. Very tasty and will not have to eat lunch today !! We will be back.

No, you should have reservations for Moma but you don't need ticket or a room. Great food and a wonderful experience!

Disney characters can show up anywhere in the Resort at any time, BUT Boma is not a Character breakfast.
