We were very excited to get to go to one considered signature restaurant at the Walt Disney World. The service was good. We notice that the servers were all seniors in theirs age and years of experience. The decor of the place is kind over, but didn't matter to us. What we really wanted to know was if the food... We made a point of having meals at many of Disney's best restaurants this time around. Our waiter, Didi, at the Flying Fish Café was terrific and made our already excellent meal even more enjoyable with his impeccable, friendly service. Everything was delicious. Make sure you save room for dessert!

We are seafood lovers and looked so forward to this restaurant. It was good, but not great. Very expensive. Glad we tried it, but won't be back.

I had my 16th birthday dinner at the Flying Fish with my family and it was absolutely amazing! When we arrived at the restaurant, one of the hostesses gave me a birthday pin and a birthday menu (which was basically the same as the regular menu) which was great! For dinner, I had the potato crusted snapper which was fabulous... More

This was my first visit to this restaurant on the boardwalk strip in Walt Disney world. The wine list is impressive and all encompassing with fairly realistic pricing. The menu was brief with emphasis on seafood. The lobster pasta was tasty but could have been nicer. The salmon was good and we'll prepared. The pork tenderloin was odd tasting and... More

We dare to say that Flying Fish is one of the best, if not the best, restaurant in the Disney system. We have been going to Flying Fish for the last years and the good quality of the food and the service is consistent. We were there on New Year's Eve and the service was very good no matter what... We always wanted to dine here but could never get reservations. Finally my sister in law managed to squeeze us in together with them. I was almost as if they wanted to carry you to the table. service was extraordinary and wonderful. Food like Nirvana! Deiclious and exquisite! Never had a better steak. It just melted in your mouth and... More

I know Disney not the typical place for people who like great dining - but there are finds as many know and WDW has been striving itself to up its reputation. Unfortunately, although touted as one of those options - Flying Fish Cafe is NOT a a top dining place. Service is poor - no appetizer plates provided, table not... More

Ate here first night at Disney World. We were seated after less than a ten minute wait. Servers were obviously used to dealing with kids and were great with our 6 and 9 year old. We tried the fried calamari/rock shrimp and yellowtail hamachi. Both were very good. For entrees kids had the fish sticks which came with milk, roasted... More

Fantastic food and service. This meal was as enjoyable as Victoria and Alberts. They really go above and beyond, you wouldn't expect such a gem from a restaurant on the boardwalk.
