Horrible & they are liars!!! I asked for YumYum sauce to go with my meal, they told me they didn't have any. My sister went last night & she sent me a video of yumyum sauce so the waitress lied! Horrible customer service

Japan Inn is part of a chain, the decor is Japanese, very nice. The staff is good, the restaurant and menu of the chain are very similar. You sit at a Hibachi, order from menu, and the chef entertains with his cooking skills.

The food was overcooked., especially the beef satay. The soup was bland and the edemame was also bland and unsalted. The tuna roll was fresh The good took a long time to be served. I will not return.
