The Columbia is a beautiful restaurant throughout; we were seated on the top floor where it was quieter and very pleasant. Our waitress was very obliging and we enjoyed a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. I'm a cranberry sauce fan and theirs was thin and runny, but...More

We had the 1905 salad and a cup of gazpacho soup. Both were delicious. The service was very attentive without being overbearing.

That is not at all our policy. In fact, servers are not allowed to comment at all about tips. Please speak with a manager if this happens again.

It's always safest to make a reservation. You can always change it. We do take walk-ins, but that does sometimes mean you have to wait.

Description
Family-owned and operated for more than 114 years, Columbia has earned acclaim for its old-world charm and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine and wine list. Open 365-days a year, including all holidays. Casual attire is fine, but we don't allow sleeveless shirts on men. Join us for century-old family recipes like Paella "a la Valenciana," Red Snapper "Alicante" and fresh seafood specialties. Don't miss Columbia's Original "1905" Salad(R), prepared tableside with our delicious, freshly-made dressing, a family recipe of fresh garlic, oregano, wine vinegar and Spanish extra virgin olive oil. Be sure to sample a fine Spanish wine like Montecillo or Campillo. Relax in our courtyard or Mediterranean-style dining rooms, filled with hundreds of hand-painted tiles and Spanish-style fountains. We are a sister to the Columbia in Tampa's Ybor City, founded in 1905. Children's menu available. Please visit our website for the most current menu listings.
