This is a great place for breakfast - we arrived in St. Augustine before any of the attractions opened for the day - Theos was the perfect place for a great breakfast - I had a Greek omelet - be sure to check out their giant cinnamon rolls ! We took one with us - friendly staff and great service.

I'd heard a lot about how this was a great local spot for breakfast. My wife and were not impressed. The service was spotty. The food was bland. The home fries tatsed weird. The grits were good.

Upon rising this morning and beginning our day my husband asked where would I like to go for breakfast. We both said at the same time "Theo's"! Always fresh, great homemade breads for your meal. Just the best local stop for at least 35 years or so that we have been going.

My wife and I found this jewel on King St. It is a place where the locals eat. No over priced food here. This is out of the tourist area. We ate breakfast there and then lunch on the same day, and breakfast before we left We had the Greek salad we split the order and it was more than... More

Stopped in for breakfast, but it was 30 minutes past the breakfast time. Our waitress said they would let us still order breakfast. The prices are great and the daily made fresh bread made the French toast awesome. If you like sweets order one of the huge cinnamon rolls. We'll be back soon!

Went for takeout. Gyros were mediocre and restaurant floors and walls were dirty. Hot dog for my child was over 6 dollars. A bit much for a simple hot dog!

My husband and I stopped in for lunch and had sandwiches. While we were waiting for our meal another gentleman received his - gorgeous big fried shrimp. We ate our meal which was very good and made plans to return for the shrimp on our next visit. We returned two weeks later and they were excellent.

We have gone several times -- I get the hash & eggs. Wife eggs & grits with crispy bacon. Their cinnamon roll is addicting -- fast service, well prepared meals, MUST EAT THERE. Their lunch sandwiches are very good. Waitresses hustle & do a great job = where locals go.
