Stopped in before a rowdies game and glad we did. I think it is a little on the expensive side but the food was really good as were the margaritas. I tried the Verde Ceviche and although it was excellent it was way to hot for my baby mouth. I switched to the Shrimp Los Cabos Ceviche and it was... More

The food was not very good. It was rather pricey. I love Mexican food and have eaten a lot of authentic Mexican dishes. I was not a fan of the dish I ordered. Looking at the food others had ordered I was not impressed. Nothing looked appealing.

They said wait would be an hour for party of 14 on a Friday night. Were seated in about 15 minutes but inside. Have been before and prefer outside seating. Excellent food, great sangria and margaritas. Great waiters and terrific band in the bar. Our favorite downtown location for Mexican

We stopped here before a Rowdies game because of the Gluten Free options. Everything ordered was delicious from the Baja Fish to the Chicken and Shrimp Tacos. We shared 5 tacos and chips with home made salsa. With wine barely $50. Lovely outdoor ambience and really friendly service.

Ate here today with a group of 15 coworkers. Even with the large group our waiter had it under control. There were a couple of plate mix ups but wasnt a big deal. The flavor of the food was excellent and the prices were more than reasonable. If you need your mexican fill and you are downtown definitely hit this... More

Whenever my son and his family come from Hillsborough County -- New Tampa -- they want to take me to lunch. Good excuse to go to Red Mesa Cantina. We like to each outside under the umbrellas by the waterfall. Such a relaxing place! Food is great, too. I'm sure this will be a monthly visit.

I go for lunch often with colleagues or clients because it is consistent with delicious fare. Friday's special of the chicken and yellow rice is my all time favorite, but get there before 12:30 or it might be sold out. Chips are great, seafood is fresh, and portions are just right!

The dishes are tasty, served quickly and efficiently by efficient staff. Lots of beverages and authentic flavors. Place is packed, so reservations are suggested.

This is the first time my husband and I have been to this restaurant. The food was delicious and I loved the atmosphere! My only complaint was the 15 min wait for the ladies room.
