We had a wonderful evening of drinks and food at Marchands. Our party ended up being larger than expected but they very quickly accommodated us. Quick, service, great staff and good food.

We had breakfast here the morning we left St Petersburg. It was a very large buffet ranging from a variety of cold items including lox and pate to a range of hot breakfast dishes as well as freshly prepared omelettes from the kitchen.
We've eaten at Marchand's several times when we've been in St. Pete. However, we've always had the early bird dinner, which concludes at 6:30 p.m. sharp. It's prix fixe and priced around $19.25 (the year the hotel opened, I think). The regular menu is very over-priced. The food is acceptable, but not at all commensurate with the regular dinner price.... More
Greetings from The Vinoy and thanks for joining us for dinner in Marchand's. I am so happy that you enjoyed our Classic Dining which commemorates our opening year of 1925. It has been well received. Thank you also for your comments about our regular menu. You are right, there are so many options to choose from here in town now... More
I brought my wife here recently for our 10th Wedding Anniversary. We were visiting friends in St. Pete and per their recommendation we decided to celebrate at Marchands. We were greeted by Sophia who was pleasant and accommodating - she showed us the original murals on the wall which were breathtaking. The room is gorgeous and has a lot of... More
Terrific talent tending the bar at Marchand's. Great service and knowledge from all but William Frost truly set the benchmark. Truly a master mixologist, you'll enjoy his creative drinks and knowledge of liquors. Thank you, and William for a fun evening at Marchand's.
Breakfast buffet had enough variety for any diner. Approximately $22, which was a good value. Omelet station, protein station, fruit section, cereal/granola section and waffle/pancake station. I was in and out in 30 minutes.
Late breakfast and mostly empty but still service and food was quick, correct and worthy of photos. The fruit plate was enormous and beautiful.
Th Vinoy Hotel is a beautiful and fascinating place to visit for it's history. The 1925 3-course dinner was disappointing. The Rose was so bad I sent it back. Salad and salmon were fair. The banana pudding tasted bland, served in a jelly jar filled with mostly whipped cream. A few tweaks and the night would have been very memorable.... More
Thank you for joining us for the Classic Dining in Marchand's at The Vinoy. As you mentioned, the three-course meal is available between 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. and is only $19.25++ to commemorate the opening of our beautiful resort in the year 1925. As you might imagine, it was disappointing to read that you did not enjoy your meal. It... More
As part of the tour package, we opted to have lunch. Definitely patting ourselves on the back for making that decision. The maitre d' seated us at a nice table for two, and made great conversation. He was happy that we took the time to visit. Our server started us with freshly prepared cups of vegetable soup. The vegetables were... More
