Cannot recommend it, we had real bad food, could be the worst of our Florida trip. Its a dingy dirty messy dusty place, the only plus are the low prices. Stay away and go downtown Sanford.

Stopped for lunch while on the way to the airport only because of good reviews (not sure which site on internet). Little hesitant due to unkempt appearance (outdoor tables/chairs not used in some time, not sure table cloth had been washed lately inside), But no complaints on the food! Everyone had large portions and it was good home cooked food... More

We were skeptical at first but glad we tried it. The breakfast food was great! Best pancakes I've ever had! Very friendly staff! Would eat again!

Just drove through to drop our grandma off at the airport, but extremely glad that we stopped to get breakfast! Wouldn't expect it to be as good as it is:)

Its a real shame. The food was not bad, the staff and owner seemed friendly but the real memory was how filthy it was. The windows were covered in dust and dead insects obviously not a missed cleaning but something that is just not part of what they think important. I am a little surprised the other reviews somehow didn't... More

Good food and friendly people. Certainly worth the stop. On the main street on the right on the way down to lake Monroe. The shelf of coffee mugs was the cutest, hardly any of them the same. Like grannies old kitchen cabinet.

One would normally keep driving and never stop but once you do you will go back over and over again. The mix match colours in and out and the well worn decor only verify all who call this their home cooking away from home. MR B and his WIFE SUSU not only cook and serve to order but call you... Nothing fancy here. Just simple, delicious and inexpensive. Service is friendly and understated. Will definitely go back. Much more to try.

Based on a rating, we stopped here for lunch and our meals lived up to the promise. I had a great gyro and my wife a patty melt had great grilled onions. For desert we shared a pice of peanut butter custard pie. A great experience in a very informal - almost beach town like place.

Showed up at closing time, Sunday afternoon. Bbee was delightful, acted like it was hours before she closed. Food was good and a great value. French fries are wonderful.
