Stopped by for dinner and restaurant was empty. The female server was very nice and quick to sit is but smelled of cigarette smoke. (That was the only negative). Food came out quickly and everything tasted surprisingly good. Soft drinks had a unique flavor, but i didn't bother complaining. Interesting decor but we would have enjoyed a view of the... More

Great Breakfast and Great Service. Really enjoyed being able to walk to the restaurant in the morning. They don't open until 8 so we took our walk on the beach first.

Very nice atmosphere, maybe the best on the island. Food was very good and priced about normal. Very understaffed though. Dont eat here if you are in a hurry otherwise we liked it.

Interesting architecture. Restaurant is part of Sanibel Inn, which is right on the gulf, but the restaurant has no view at all. Dinner was good and staff was good. Breakfast was average and service was average. Crab soup was very good! Waiter at breakfast didn't write anything down and it showed! Prices for both were high for the quality and... More

Ate here one morning for breakfast while staying at the Sanibel Inn. Menu was small but adequate for breakfast items. Service staff were extremely attentive, refilling coffee without being asked. Wasn't crowded but had a nice relaxed atmosphere.

My husband and I went with some friends for dinner here. It definitely has an interesting atmosphere. It is very 70s and kind of funky. There was not a lot of staff present but we were the only patrons there for a while. The young man who did greet and seat was very nice. My grouper sandwich was good but... More

In one word, SUCKS! Waited over a half hour for the breakfast that consisted of pancakes an omelette and a bagel. The waitstaff was as useful as a box of doorknobs. Three other parties arrived after us and got there food before us. When the food finally arrived the pancakes were burnt on one side, and placed burnt side down... More

My mom and I ate here every breakfast and dinner with our "summer escape" Orbitz money. The food was good and the staff was very friendly. I would not have known the restruant was here unless directed to it. The breakfast was good for the money; pancakes, waffles, French toast, eggs and bacon. Dinner was very good, lots of chicken,... Inside was beautiful and great sitting areas with lots of windows. The female server we had was not friendly at all and gave very poor service. I don't think we ever saw her smile. We didn't get any refills on drinks and when we asked her about items on the menu, she had no idea what to say. The food... More

After attempting two other restaurants along Periwinkle Way and each had a 40 minute wait, we discovered this off-the-beaten-path place. No lines, no waiting, full liquor bar, great music (not live), and a menu where the most expensive item was only $18. Their she crab bisque ($7) was creamy and loaded with hunks of real crab. Kobe burger ($11) was... More
