Good breakfast food with reasonable prices. I liked that I could take my drink to go. I’d recommend for a quick bite.

The cafe is clearly a favorite with locals. The service was great. It’s hard to mess up diner food. We enjoyed a combination of breakfast and lunch items.

We chose the Sanibel Cafe because the Lighthouse Cafe and the Island Cow were both running long waits for breakfast. It's in a shopping center, but the atmosphere inside is pretty cute. We were seated right away and our server was attentive. Unfortunately, the eggs...More

Great food at reasonable prices. Wife had chicken salad sandwich which was very delicious, along with the Parmesan tomatoes. I had an omelet which was perfect as well. Nice little place tucked away in a great shopping area.

I had never eaten there before but I was with a friend and we were hungry. I had the world's hottest (temperature wise) Rueben. Good sandwich that should of had the sour kraut drained more. Beer where served with chilled glasses for every beer.

My Denver omelette was great, really loaded with ham and veggies 🌶. The wife’s quesadillas were tasty if a little bit spicy. Server was excellent and checked back often . It’s right in the shopping center so don’t pass this place by.

We had brunch here on our way back home after spending 5 days on Sanibel and Captiva over Thanksgiving. The menu was generous but not overwhelming mostly salads sandwiches and breakfast items. I had the Greek omelette and it was great. They also let me...More

Yes it is. There is a ramp outside the restaurant to use. It goes to the promenade with the restaurant and stores. They have chairs, which can be moved to accommodate a wheelchair.
