When you go to Bruno's Pizza, you can count on very good pizza. It is a cool, pizza joint at the beach! There are plenty of tv's, to watch sports and often, they have live entertainment. You pour your own wine (they give you the glass), so you ALWAYS get a good pour :) They have a good selection of... More

Wanted to find a yummy pizza place in Panama City Beach. We found it! We ordered garlic knots, and Alys Beach pizza, ham grinder, and ravioli to share. Loved every dish! Our GPS gave us a little trouble finding the place, but we persevered and glad we did!! Very friendly staff too!

Bruno's is a must for lunch. They have the best buffet which includes salad bar, drink and dessert . If your favorite pizza not on selection just ask and they will make one. Recommend the buffalo pizza and house made BBQ. Great for family, everyone can get the pizza they like!

This place is great. I could go on and on about it but I'll give you the highlights. Great tasting pizza at a pretty fair price for 30A. They have a buffet every day for $8.95. They have a patio. They offer beer and wine. Wine prices are very reasonable. Salads are great. Owner is a hoot and very nice.... More

Great salad and pizza buffet. Nice beach break with fresh food. Nothing fancy but always fresh. Miss the old location but the food remains the same.

Order a large, thin crust mushroom, sausage, pepperoni and black olive pizza for pickup while in town for the weekend. Wow!!! Some of the best pizza I have eaten in quite a while. Just the right amount of sauce, cheese and toppings, with a nice thin crust that was the perfect crispiness. Wish I didn't live 2 hours away...I would... More

We always order pizza from Bruno's when we are in the area, and it is always great! This time we decided to go to the pizza buffet they have for lunch. We will definitely do this again, for $8.00 you get pizza, salad and a drink. I was very happy with the variety and it was a great value. We... More

Located in the main Watersound entrance. Super friendly service! Freestyle Coke machine. Great cheese sticks. I appreciated the gluten-free personal pizza and loaded it up with veggies...SO GOOD! They also sell wine, beer, and popsicles! Follow them on Facebook for a BOGO deal. :)

I read the reviews for this place and most were very positive so I was excited to try it. We ordered takeout and it was ready on time. I was excited to try the surf and turf pizza but my entire crew was unimpressed. We also had a meatball and pepperoni pizza that was just ok. The garlic knots were... More

Description
Welcome, and thank you for choosing Bruno's Pizza! My family used to vacation here on the Emerald Coast when my brothers and I were just kids. After getting fired from a job in the city,Birmingham/Huntsville in the spring of 1990,I did what any irresponsible 23 yr. old would do, I packed up my car with my Golden Retriever, and moved to the beach!! My big plan was to wait tables here during the summer, and then spend the winters in Telluride, Colorado, waiting tables there. Well, as most plans go at that age,so did mine. I met a man named Joel Smith,he was the owner of the Wheelhouse restaurant. He wanted to open 30a's first pizza shop, but he had a problem. He had never made a pizza in his life, had no recipes, or even any employees.I had some experience working in a pizza shop while going to college, so I said sure I would give it a shot.I can still remember the very first pizza we made, it came out of the oven half-cooked, because I had no previous experience cooking with the old-school deck ovens that we had just turned on 1 hour before we opened the doors!!! When the lease came up for renewal in 1991, the landlord and Mr.Smith could not come to an agreement, so Mr. Smith asked me if I wanted to buy it? $12,500.00 from a bank with questionable loan guidelines and I was the proud owner of 30a's only pizzeria! I wish I had a good story about where the name Bruno's came from , but the truth is when we were trying to think of a name, the name of the grocery store chain in the south called Bruno's, sounded pretty good, so we went with it. I like to say that we are a classic old-school pizzeria in that we still make our own dough and sauce every day, we still hand-toss it into the air, and we have an open kitchen that allows you to watch your pie being made from start to finish. Our pizza is more expensive than any of our competitors, due to the fact that we buy the freshest produce, and the finest meats to put on our pizzas. You can find me still working the lunch shift most days, so come by and we will show you why we have been voted the best pizza on 30a for the last 23 years. THANK YOU!!!!!! Jeff
