Well, it's in the name. You can have a drink and a smoke inside, and there is even a little tobacco shop in there. It's an average bar, probably needing the bouncer they have at the front door. You won't miss a thing skipping this one

If you like smoking cigars while you drink, watch sports, shoot pool, then this is your place. Friendly locals, welcoming bartenders, and a decent, although small, walk-in humidor.

Yes this bar is smoky as it is one of the few places that you can smoke cigars in a bar. I visited in November and the bar staff were great, remembered your order and although from England (not a regular) was served quickly. Great to chat to some of the locals in there.

This place is known for being the most dangerous bar in Sarasota. Women regularly get their drinks tampered with and ambulances are frequently called. Drugs are sold openly in the alley behind the bar. Prostitution is prevalent. Their trivia hosts are rude and immature. Drinks, if you are ever served, are weak and bartenders all have an attitude. If it's... More

This place was full of smoking smelly people that seemed to not be too happy at non regulars walking in. It just stank so we sat outside and had one drink before leaving.

I wouldn't recommend unless you and your friends like to smoke, but I guess that is what it is all about

A cigar bar on Main Street. Ok…we decided to check it out. Being a girl from Vegas, I am used to smoky bars so the smoking did not bother me too much. They kept the doors and windows of the front wide open so there was a nice draft to keep the inside smelling not smoky. The humidor had an... More

You'll know the place by it's SMOKE! YUCK! And, you'll smell the place a hundred yards away. If such an establishment is needed (and I don't see the need for it) they should have located it on some back alley -- NOT Main Street! Dim, dirty, and dangerous (according to the Surgeon General of the United States). If you're a... More

If you're looking for a great time this is your place. Countless beers on tap, super tasty drinks, tons of tvs, even UFC fights! They are always busy and it's no wonder why. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. If my girlfriends and I want to have a guaranteed awesome night Joe's is where we go.
