I have been visiting Cabos since the early 1990s and I make a point to eat there whenever I am in Tallahassee. Recently my wife and I had a grouper sandwich and a chicken wet supreme. The fish was fresh, grilled to perfection (not overcooked)...More

We regularly meet up with friends at Cabo's for good times at a local place that takes good care of us. Even though we sometimes have a large group we get good service with a longstanding waiter.

We only had an appetizer because the waitress was rushing us and the restaurant was empty. It was very uncomfortable. The appetizer was good, though.

I’m not sure where this is “Mexican” it was the worse I’ve ever had. First, the waitress, I’m not sure if it’s because we were of color, but she pretty much ignored us until she felt “forced” to take care of us. An assumption maybe;...More

I suppose there are worse restaurants in the world, but that's not exactly something you want to be hearing about a restaurant you've chosen for dinner. My mum and I walked in and were seated very quickly. But it took 10 bloody minutes before anyone...More

The server accidentally brought you a guac side and not what we serve with our chips.. I have posted a pic of the correct portion. Apologizes . We wouldn't blame you for not taking us up on this , but if you're in a position...More

We didn't have many options that were open in Tallahassee as we drove through on a Sunday, but I knew I wanted to eat in the city just to spend a little more time in town as it was my first time visiting here. So,...More

Blast this is just that. Fun, and the variety always surprises us. This time--made a meal out of the appetizers with the Ahi Tuna and the Crab Cakes. Now I like to taste just a tiny bit more crab in the cake; but overall--excellent. It...More

Today it was quite good, if you like meat and eggs. Lindsey is a gem and always provides top notch service. The bagels are pretty good too, but I love me some cream cheese. If you want a southern breakfast, go with the country fried...More

The first time here the burritos and salsa are excellent. This place has the local look feel and atmosphere of an relaxing, enjoyable experience. Our order was simply perfect. Enjoy for multiple meals. Can’t wait to see their new menu entries.

CLOSED MONDAYS... SUNDAYS WE SERVE BRUNCH FROM 9 AM. TO 2 PM DINNER AT 4 PM 9:30PM . Check out our newly added Patio!! We have been here for 29 years. If you are expecting a flashy new restaurant with all new furniture and bathrooms the size of living rooms we may not be your spot. But if good, fresh, reasonably priced food is what you are after we may just be it!. The center has been here a lot longer, being built about 1960. We are locally owned and one of the few, if not the only restaurant, in town & maybe anywhere, that provides health care for our employees. We have a diversified menu, offering vegetarian dishes, Our own idea of Mexican Food (No Lard in our beans) when possible, locally caught fish and shrimp, sandwiches, salads & upscale dinner specials at down home prices. We run our 200+ seat operation with one household double door freezer. We have the best margaritas (try our Shipwreck...) hand cut fries (voted #1 by the viewers of WCTV) and some say the best Burger for the buck in Tallahassee. We would like to mention that we have gluten free tortillas, and if wine is your thing, Bring in what you really would like to have and for nominal $6 bucks we will cork it. Please be aware that we get busy and when we do, it can get loud. If for any reason you aren't happy with either the service or the food please tell us. We are human, we make mistakes, and occasionally it happens. Thanks for taking the time to read this & thanks for supporting locally owned establishments. Mike Ferrara & Bobby Staerker.
