My wife, son and I dined at Vino E Pasta and it was a wonderful experience. The food and the service were equally outstanding. The small restaurant is owned by a local couple, they greet you like you are family and invariably stop by your table to ensure that everything is wonderful. My wife and I dine here often and... The owner Luis greeted me as a family member. His suggestion of the special fresh tuna was magnificent and the house chianti was smooth and interesting . Can't wait to return on next trip to Tampa.

Vino E Pasta is a small South Tampa gem. Having lived in Italy for a year and a half, I am somewhat of an Italian food snob, and have a fondness for tiny trattorias. (Even my picky husband enjoys eating here.) I have frequented this restaurant with coworkers, and sometimes just come in for lunch alone. The prices are reasonable,... More

The food here is always excellent. I normally get the special, and I have never been disappointed. The owner invariably stop by to make sure that everything is wonderful and he is an attentive host. It is a small restaurant in an unlikely location, but it has been there for years. They are clearly doing something right.

This is homemade Italian food done right. The food is very good and the service is outstanding. In addition to pastas they serve veal, seafood, chicken and more. The lasagna is made with princes sauce and is outstanding.

Unbelievable! We're fresh off a tasty but INSANELY, ridiculous, disgusting, insulting, and embarrassingly expensive meal not worth 1/3 what we just paid! My wife ordered a shrimp and lobster tail PASTA special that came in at a whopping and ridiculous $38.95, no mention whatsoever that we should expect that RIDICULOUS price! But, mine was better, I ordered a small portion... More

My family and I came to Vino E Pasta and had one of the best evenings we've had in a long time. The owner of the restaurant greeted us at the door and continually checked on us throughout the evening. He personally took our order and made recommendations based on the types of food and wine we said we liked.... More

We just came back from a trip to Italy and was looking for the delicious food we enjoyed there. I think we found the place. Homemade pastas, attentive service. Great all around. We'll be back.

It was our family's first night in Tampa and after a day with the movers we were ready to get a bite to eat. Luckily, we stumbled on to a nice looking local place. Walking through the door I was pleasantly caught off guard by the linen table cloths and attractive decoration. Though we had no reservations the staff immediately... More
