Delicious!! My niece and I had incredible fresh donuts and breakfast sandwiches. We also enjoyed browsing the shop. While we did not eat in, judging by the full house for Saturday brunch and the look of the meals on others’ plates, this is definitely the...place to be. Their gluten-free bread options included white and seed—I had the seed and it was so good and held the gooey breakfast sandwich perfectly. We came here based on the reviews and we were not disappointed. The dining room doesn't open till 11:00 but by then the line-up was out the door. Staff were very efficient and had the crowd seated within 15 minutes. table service was fast and...friendly. We each had the small portion of white meat chicken which came with 2 sides and a piece of pie. First of all, the small portion was anything but small - neither one of us could eat more than half. The chicken had a very nice crispy coating and was perfectly cooked. My dish of coleslaw and disk of potato salad were very tasty. The pies - apple crumble and pumpkin - were to die for. Prices are very reasonable. We'll make Anna Mae's a regular stop when we're in the St Jacobs area.More

Have been coming here for years now and still love the meals, deserts and friendly country hospitality and atmosphere!

We love their broasted chicken as well as all their daily featured main dishes. Everything is made in house. Desserts are great however we found the fruit cheesecake not to our liking. It’s mostly an oil based whipped topping, which we didn’t like, with an...amazing graham crust and fruit (we had peach) in a gelatin based sauce. Not much cheese. We checked the ingredients listed on the package in the bakery and our tastebuds were right. We will go back to get our favourite, the pies! It’s definitely worth the drive!More

A few years back, I had a bad experience at this restaurant and wrote so. They responded that they wish they had know at the time and asked me to return. I have done so several times and I have to say that I have...had great service and great food every time. I didn't want to leave the so-so impression I gave before - as I have completely changed my mind and it is now one of my 'go-to' places when I'm thinking about eating out. Kudos!More

Has to be the best Broasted Chicken on the planet. Drove up from Tillsonburg and was certainly worth the drive. No restaurant around this area even comes close to the quality of food served here. It is now our go to destination for fine dining...at reasonable prices. You simply must try Anna Mae's I guarantee you won't be disappointed.More

I honestly don't get why people rave about this place. This was my second time at Anna Mae's and I was served the absolute worst Caesar Salad I've ever had. (My first visit was years ago - I wrote a review - and my meal...was just average). I asked for grilled chicken to be added to my salad, and when it arrived, I thought the chicken was croutons! The chicken consisted of little cubes of meat that were extremely dry. There were a few croutons sprinkled on top of the salad...no cheese, no bacon. So it was basically $15.00 for leaves, 3 or 4 croutons, and a bunch of dehydrated chicken. Go somewhere else.More

We were there for a sibling lunch. Service was quick, Food Hot & Delicious. We took dessert home. !!! Hope to go back soon. !!

The chicken was really good but the mashed potato was not to my liking, not creamy enough n the gravy tasted like it came from a package or powered, cold slaw wasn't my favorite either, lacking flavor

So many choices!! Decided upon their famous chicken and were definitely not disappointed. The coating was so crispy and flavourful that I actually ate and enjoyed it (I usually hate chicken skin). The mashed potatoes and included gravy were VERY plentiful and delicious. Between my...husband & I we took home an entire container of chicken & potatoes that we couldn't eat in one sitting. We had chosen the all-inclusive dinner which came with soup (potato, ham) and dessert (choice of any of their desserts). The rhubarb custard was fantabulous and my husbands coconut cream was a dream. Our Server was efficient, informative, and friendly. We will definitely return and bring some friends.More

Dropped in to try their famous Chicken and was NOT disappointed. I had the chicken (3 large portions). The food was very good and the prices were reasonable. If your visiting they do not take Credit Cards so be sure to have cash or debit...card. Although its a large restaurant, they do get busy and you may have to wait during weekends.More
