Came in with my family and was received very poorly. Resturant was empty and they couldn't help us because we had my 1 year old baby. I'm pretty sure this place is not family friendly! Parents beware!

I wife and I have eaten at this restaurant numerous times over the years. It is my wife's favorite restaurant in Winter Park. The food is always great. The menu changing with the seasons. Locally grown foods from Florida. Always something interesting and different on the menu. The service is always friendly. The food is always great.
We start with some meatball for appetizer, it comes with a creamy polenta, really good, then some tender calamaris, and to finish I order the Gnocchis with and very nice creamy sauce, always good, the wine was excellent too. Love it!!
Great experience at Prato anytime I go. I like to take my girlfriend out to winter park and Prato is one of my favorite places. With original signature cocktails and amazing food. Definitely recommend going with a pizza there! We had the black widow and absolutely loved it.
Recommended to try this Italian restaurant by a work colleague and I was not disappointed. Great location, great atmosphere, great selection of wines and food. Recommend the meatballs and the traditional, home made pizzas. Good value too!
We have been going to Prato since their opening. Normally, their service is OK. But today(3/5/2017) was pretty bad. It almost made me think that the customer should be thankful that they get to eat at the restaurant and be served by the staff. We sat down at the bar as usual. Foremost location is great, it's super hip and trendy beating heart of Park Ave in Winter park Nice menu, great choices and farm to table is commendable. Service snooty and slow. Food cold. Other than that spectacular.

My wife is currently on a low-FODMAP diet for GI reasons, with the primary foods to avoid being wheat, dairy(except hard cheeses, including Mozzarella), onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Does Prato have any gluten-free breads or pastas or pizza crusts, or would we go in with sandwiches, pasta, and pizza already eliminated?
Spicy Chicken Wings Candito . Are these still available? Our 40th wedding anniversary is this September and my wife is a wing freak, favorite meal. I will be just back from Iraq and wanted to surprise her. I saw the write up for the wings in Food & Wine online, not sure what the date of posting was.
Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
Hi, We have a large party that would like to come to dinner on Sun. Jan. 25th around 6. There will be 11 of us. (3 kids and 8 adults) Is there a table that would accommodate us? This group are family members that never get to see each other and this will be our only time together…hoping to be able to all sit together and have a nice visit.
