I will just say the service and the food are not what they used to be. No one seems to care. The plating is terrible. Not even an appetizing presentation.

Service was good, but the food was a bit average, typical for a Red Lobster. Crab and lobster a bit overcooked, salads a little skimpy. Oddly enough, not horribly crowded for a Sunday meal time.
