I have been staying in Atlanta and Thailand for many years, and consider myself a fairly good judge of Thai Cuisine. We normally go to Thaicoon with a group of 6 or more, so a good combination of different menu choices. After many visits, can not think of one occasion of being disappointed with food. I am not a Sushi... More

Came in for a nice dinner and left with a great meal. Try the specials. Would make a great date night dinner. Always busy!

The sushi was average, the ambience is nice. Surprised by the very favorable reviews, good but not top notch.

I am happy to report that as a vegan, there are many options. The eggplant salad was excellent. My daughter raved about the sushi. One negative note is that my wife's Pad Thai was at best average -- and most likely not very good at all. Not sure why, as all the other items were well made. The restaurant is... More

Located off the square, the restaurant looks very non-descript, but inside it is very nice. The service was extremely attentive, and my glass was never less than half full. At our table, we ordered pad thai, imagine roll, spicy tuna roll, basil roll, and spring roll. Everything was SO good - super fresh and well-prepared. This was our first visit,... More

After spending the entire day on the go, we could not decide on Indian cuisine or Thai. Obviously Thai won, and thanks to a quick Google search we ended up on the Marietta Square . Although we had to sit at the bar, because we did not have reservations, Thaicoon was an excellent choice. We enjoyed a very tasty meal... More

Great place to eat. I had some of the best Sushi I have ever tasted. They were very considerate of one family member's dietary restrictions and treated her well. Panang curry was great but my Pad Thai was a little bland for my taste. Next I will ask for a little more heat. I have never been disappointed here.

One of Marietta Square's best places to dine. The sushi is always fresh. The thai food is incredible. Hot Sake and ice cold beer. Good service.

We visited Tahicoon for my wife's birthday. We ordered a California roll as appetizer, she ordered the Masaman curry and I ordered the pepper steak with steamed rice entree. The sushi had excellent presentation and fresh taste. The entrees were very savory (as Thai food should be). Service was quite good and prices reasonable. We will most definitely return to this... This is my favorite restaurant in Cobb County, period. Their Thai menu and sushi is amazing, as well as the restaurant and atmosphere. Recommendations: any of their speciality sushi rolls or thai curries.
