It is very dangerous to tell customers that you do not offer "shucked" oysters and that you must do it yourself. My son tried to help and cut his finger. Other than that draft beer and average food.

If your ever in the Richmond Hill area this is worth the visit. We stop in at least once a week and enjoy the outdoor bar, good seafood, and watch the sunset. The staff and local crowd is friendly and the drinks are tasty!

My son, who is stationed at Fort Stewart, and I, went to Fish Tales while I was down for a visit. The laid back vibe (outdoor seating right on the water) was great and our server was very attentive. I had the grouper, which was tasty--however, I also ordered sautéed veggies with it, and the veggies were definitely not sautéed.... More

We visited this great outdoor venue on our drive back to Canada from Emerald Coast FLA. What a beauty of a spot. It was a balmy Saturday evening and the place was rocking. Personal boats were being taken out of the river as families were coming in from their long day on the water. There is indoor seating but why... More

We had lunch at Fish Tales and enjoyed the outdoor dining and the background music. The food was OK and the employees were all friendly; however, the service was scattered and the food runner seemed confused at times.

We always love having Fish Tales as a destination. Great boat ride, beautiful scenery, and when you get there, great relaxing place with good food. We have had salads, fish tacos, and always well done.

Just came into the dock, after a 9+ hour trip, tired, hungry, seating can be outside or in aircondting, we decided on a.c., table was assigned, menus and drinks ordered right away. Specials were discussed, oerders selected, meals were brought and asked about any additional drinks, needs, service was great, check brought promptly. For a very tired boating day, it... More

Thank you Judy! So sorry about the wait. When the weather warms up we are a popular location but unfortunately our kitchen capacity cant withstand adding more tables....but I'm glad the quality of food was worth the wait. Hope to see you again soon! More

We go here most every Sunday after church. The staff is friendly and it seems most everyone else is going as well. But worth the wait and you can watch the boats while you wait. Food is mostly tavern fair and a lot is fried. But we are in the south!

Thank you for the kind review Bob! Although we try and keep it simple with our classic southern fried baskets check out some of our new menu items that we are launching within the next few weeks. Seared Ahi, Beinville style oysters on the half shell, and our fresh fish selection which will include Grouper, Mahi, Red drum, Flounder, and... More

Went by boat from Savannah to this restaurant Friday night with two other couples. Sadly, the quality has gone downhill since our previous visits. The crab cakes were mostly filler and did not even taste like crab, the grilled oyster appetizer was cold, and the conch fritters tasted like hush puppies. When I asked our server what type of fish... More
