Word round town is this is the best Persian food on this side of the Mississippi. This was my first Persian dining experience & it was so good, we ate here back to back. I completely understand why. The have a wide array of options, even for vegetarians or those with a sweet tooth. I was eating things that were... More

Wow! Just Wow. My husband and I enjoyed a lovely dinner at Zafron's tonight. The space is lovely and the instrumental Persian music was relaxing and provided the perfect touch. The complimentary naan and plate of fresh herbs, feta cheese, olives and nuts was an awesome beginning. We shared the stuffed cabbage leaves appetizer 2 @$7.00, which was delicious. My... More

The fabulous Suttle flavors of persia done well. The stuffed Cabbage, lamb kabobs were really good. The opening plate of cheese and olives is so refreshing.

The food is very good and very generous portions. There are a number of Persian restaurants in Sandy Springs and this is one of the best.

We came here with another couple on a recent Saturday night. The restaurant is nicely appointed and not so loud you can have a nice conversation. We ordered the Hummus for an appetizer, which was tasty and flavorful. I ordered the Soltan's feast which was a very generous portion. My wife and one of our friends ordered the Lamb Kabob,... More

Have a good verity, menu is big and have a lot of options. The eggplant dip was very good. Salad size was giant, the ground meat kebab was tasty but a bit dry. We asked for hot sauce snd the gave us Zafron hot sauce dip. When the bill came we saw it was charged 2$ for the hot sauce.... More

It's a small restaurant, so I recommend that you make a reservation. The GPS gave me the run around, but finally took me there. I met with a group of friends and ordered the Chinjeh- prime sirloin, garlic yogurt, lubia..basmati rice $19.00 & a glass of Piatelli Malbec $11.00. Delish! Huge portions! All plates were huge. Even the salads were... More

I've been to Zafron several times, I make a point of eating here whenever I am in Atlanta on business. I really love their flavorful chicken kabob with the jewel rice which has pistachios, almonds and dried fruit, really great! It is a pretty large meal for one, but if particularly hungry I also really love their yogurt sampler appetizer.... More

This is a delayed review but I'm going back there over Memorial Day and thought I'd better write my review now because the food really is that memorable! First, the place is elegant yet comfy. You can come casual or dressed up and feel equally at home. The flavors of the basmati rice are perfect with that fragrant nutty aroma... More

This place is the worst experience of any restaurant. We arrived on time for our 7PM reservation to celebrate Mother's Day. Our server was less than attentive. We had to request napkins and bread for our party of 7. We immediately ordered appetizers (they weren't great and the bread was flavorless) We then ordered our meals. After waiting over 45... More
