Generous toppings, outstanding crusts and cheeses, delicious sauces, this place has it all, in a funky hometown setting with great friendly service

I never leave this place comfortably because I always over eat. All of their pizzas are unique and delicous. I typically order a pizza and the salad bar. The only time I'm picky is during habanero season when I have to get the triple habanero. I have several friends that I come with and we sit in pain and while... More

I've been eating pizza here since I was a kid, and that's starting to seem like a long time ago. Great pizza! Once I get into town, I always feel like I'm finally back home when I walk through the front door.

I was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. Flying Pie is by far my favorite pizza place I have ever been to. The environment is so fun and quirky, the food is delicious, and it's a good place to go with either friends or family. I am currently living in Spain, the food I miss most is pizza from Flying... GREAT pizza and salad bar. Perfect place to go for lunch. You don't have to wait for food to be made...it's already made! Pizza buffet and salad bar at a great price! The food is amazing and the employees are SO friendly!

You can't beat the price on their lunch buffet or their Gourmet Buffet on Tuesday nights. The Samoan is my favorite.

There is no doubt that this is a top pizza place in Boise, Idaho. And, it is pronounced, "Boy-C!" There is no "z." :-) I will definitely be ordering from this place the next time we visit. We ordered 5 different pizzas for our meeting and they all were great. Pick one and you can't go wrong. If you buy... More

We decided to have a pizza delivered to our hotel and the desk clerk suggested The Flying Pie. It turned out to be an excellent choice. We ordered a12" Contest Combo, it has 6 meats and 4 veggies on it and we added pineapple. Total delivered was just under $22 so $25 with tip. Good value. They said it was... More

The pies are fresh, hot and tasty with all the usual topping choices. What makes FPP unique in my view, is the sourdough crust. Can't get this crust in the bay area (home to awesome sourdough bread). It is very good. However, the service has much to be desired. If you call during peak times, they won't pick up. At... More

We first went to the Flying Pie in 1995 on our second date. Fantastic pizza and fantastic micro brews and wines which are "paired" with the pizza pies. Just went there again two days ago and it is still the best pizza in the USA. Our favorite is the PHOSGO
