We have been lunching at Bittercreek Alehouse for years, every time we make a family visit to Boise. The atmosphere is lighthearted and fun, the food is excellent, and the serving staff is delightful. We live in Napa, CA, so have access to many "dining...More

Good beer and drinks for all. However, was disappointed at the menu when they openly stating beef feedyards are bad. It's cool to support the grass-fed beef but don't dis on the grain-fed operations. Average service.

This is a Boise must. The kitchen uses locally sourced food from around Boise/Idaho, huge selection of brews and something on the menu for everyone.

Avoid Bittercreek Alehouse unless you want your medium cheeseburger to arrive completely frozen with cold soggy cloggy fries. Unless you want your set table to still have tons of debris left over from the previous diners. Even after talking to the chef/manager, I continued to...More

Hapgator, First, please accept our apology. We work incredibly hard at our hospitality, aiming to knock it out of the park every time. To hear that we bungled your visit so badly is not acceptable and we are truly sorry. Thank you also for taking...More
