Great local Mexican restaurant. It is not big or fancy. For lunch or dinner but you will find excellent food and good service at reasonable prices. Parking can be hit-or-miss during the lunch and dinner rush.

Food is very good and service is super fast. You start off with fresh chips, salsa and bean dip. Great spot for a excellent Mexican lunch in Nampa.
I try this dish "Camarones mojo de ajo at just about every Mexican restaurant I visit. If it doesn't stand up to El Rodeo, I usually don't go back to try anything else. I know that's pretty biased on just one dish, but this is...More
I had not eaten at El Rodeo for several years and was coaxed in to trying it again. I was pleasantly surprised. Very generous portions and very inexpensive.
