I stopped in here last year and meant to put in a good word then. I came across their punch card and remembered I wanted to give a shout out. The owners are very personable here and the quality of product is outstanding! For anyone who shudder at the thought of sugar free candies, I am confident you will not... More

We always have fun stopping in and picking out a unique treat. The kids always beg to come here (gee, I wonder why) - not that they have to twist my arm that hard. If you have a sweet tooth, this is where to be. Friendly service every time too!

Sandpoint Chocolate Bear offers truly delicious, hand-crafted chocolates at a reasonable price. And their ice cream is great, too. A must visit for chocolate lovers!

I always take visitors here for a treat. The truffles are wonderful. They can make up any combination of chocolates in a box for that special gift.

The truffles and caramels at The Chocolate Bear are outstanding - a very interesting selection of flavors, with seasonal flavors (I'm looking at you, Eggnog). My personal favorite is the Aztec - dark chocolate with a spicy dusting, but I have now tried all their flavors and love them all. White, milk, dark - something for everyone's palate! The staff... Their salted caramel chocolates are the best I have tasted. The selection is great and they make everything themselves. They use both milk and dark chocolate. If you like chocolates and caramels you need to visit The Chocolate Bear. What else can you say!!

Excellent chocoate and much to choose from without an over the top choices. Great ice-cream too! I love the dark chocolate with cayanne spice - goes super good with red wine!

We stopped in for ice cream after lunch. We resisted all the chocolates and just stuck to our original plan. Huckleberry Icecream was delicious and this place is well worth a visit!

I worked in Sandpoint two days last week and discovered the Chocolate Bear. The Aztec Dark Chocolate Truffle and the Dark Chocolate Salted Truffle kept me coming back every day. Can't wait for my next trip to Sandpoint.

My family was just walking down the cute little downtown area and came across this place. The Salted Caramels caught my eye. Oh my gosh, they were simply amazing. You have to try them. I highly recommend having some when you are in the area.
